Lilian Lin

BACP Accredited Member

BSc (Hons) in Reflective Therapeutic Practice

Postgraduate Diploma in Humanistic Studies

I am a BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) Accredited member and ACC (Association of Christian Counsellors) member, with a passion to help people make lasting positive changes to their emotional wellbeing.

My approach to therapy is Humanistic and Integrative; I value and respect each client irrespective of his or her culture and background. I believe that every one of us has the capacity to grow internally, to achieve our personal goals. My job is to facilitate and support you to make sense of the issues you are facing, and help you to remove any blockages that hinder your inner potential in order for you to live a fulfilling life.

Each session with me is an opportunity for you to be truly heard in a way that can be deeply healing. I support you to explore your thoughts, emotions and behavioural patterns so that you can recognise, accept and become more aware about aspects of yourself.

My aim is to empower you through counselling and to give you the tools to understand yourself better as well as to deal with problems such as stress, low self-esteem, anger, depression,  anxiety and relationship issues.
